For prospective students

We are looking for culturally-grounded, resourceful, and hard-working scholars who appreciate working in collaboration with, and with accountability to, community.

We are looking for scholars who would like to center relational values such as humility, reciprocity, integrity, and respect in their interactions and efforts, while engaging in high quality science. We build in mentorship and professional development training as needed, and value those scholars who are motivated to learn and apply the skills they are learning.

Graduate students we advise can pursue degrees in CSU’s Department of Forest and Rangeland Stewardship. See below for current opportunities and for more information on how to gauge lab fit, apply to the program, and pursue funding!

We do not currently have any funded positions with the lab and only accept students with funding. Feel free to submit your information for future opportunities.
