Congrats to our recent grads - fall 2025 edition!

Congratulations to our recent CSU grads — Jhonnie Porter-Salcido, Miya Chavez, and Ariana Gloria-Martinez!

Miya just completed her BS in Chemistry with a minor in Horticulture and is already working towards her next move into graduate school. We have no doubt Miya will continue to make deeply meaningful impacts where ever she ends up!

Jhonnie completed their BS in Restoration Ecology and earned the Outstanding Graduate award for Fall 2025 in recognition of his incredible efforts through school, through life, and now into fatherhood. It has been such an honor to work with you, Jhonnie!

We are also incredibly amazed and in awe of Ariana Gloria-Martinez who completed their MS in Rangeland Ecosystem Science, which focused on the lived experiences of Lakota, Navajo, Chicana, Latina, and Hispanic women ranchers across turtle island through pláticas. Ariana’s thoughtfulness and care in her work is an inspiration to us all.

We are so incredibly proud of our students and their intentional, heart-filled efforts in supporting their communities, families, and fields and we are excited to see what they might shape in the future!
